[11] Over the term of the probation order, there will be a prohibition on the accused’s accessing the Internet, a further prohibition from him having Internet service to his residence, and from being in attendance at any establishment whose primary business is the provision of Internet access to the public.
[12] There will be a prohibition on possessing any modem or other device that would enable him to access the Internet, and there will be a condition permitting police officers or probation officers to allow them to obtain personal subscriber information from any Internet service provider for the purpose of enforcing that prohibition.

Perverts Ian Richard Hindle, 32, and Andrew Paul Wells, 49, plied two 14-year-olds with alcohol before subjecting them to sickening abuse.
Both men appear on a 12,000 strong BNP membership roll, alongside police officers, soldiers, doctors, prison officers—and even vicars.
The sex beasts’ membership will bring further shame to the far-right party.

BNP leader Nick Griffin had claimed the number of people with respectable jobs on the list contradicted the view that the average member “was a skinhead oik”.
But Gerry Gable, spokeman for anti-fascist magazine Searchlight, said: “The fact that these two sex offenders are on the list shows the sort of vile characters which gravitate towards the fascist group.”
A court heard last week that twisted Hindle took advantage of one of the girls by having sex with her.
Wells took snaps on his mobile of himself sexually assaulting the other teenager. The vile pair were caught when the horrifying images later came to the attention of the girl’s mother, who called police.
The men, of Blackburn, Lancs, carried out their depraved acts after getting the girls drunk at Wells’s flat.
Hindle admitted unlawful sex with a child and was jailed for three years.
Wells, who admitted two charges of engaging in sexual activity with a child and one of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, got two years and three months.
The horrendous abuse did not even stop when one of the drunk girls became ill, Preston Crown Court heard.
When she staggered to the toilet, Wells followed her in and exposed himself to her.
Detective Constable Lee Eckersley said: “It is a prime example of men exploiting the vulnerability of a young girl for their own selfish needs.”
Their sentences came as the Metropolitan Police in London suspended four employees who were on the BNP list leaked on the internet. They are a PC, a special constable, a police community support officer and a civilian staff member.
Cops and civilian police staff are banned from BNP membership.
CONVICTED paedophile Angus Thompson, of Newcastle, wants his name removed from the Sex Offenders Register in a High Court test case—claiming the restrictions breach HIS human rights and make HIM a victim.

“Everybody knows the only people who oppose the BNP are “Reds”, so this video features a journalist from that well-known Communist propaganda paper The Sun (sorry, apologies for the sarcasm) discussing Anti-Semitism in the UK today. The video discusses the Anti-Jewish beliefs of the British Union of Fascists, who were led by Oswald Mosley, and who supported Adolf Hitler during WW2. Many BUF supporters were jailed during WW2 for being traitors and potential pro-German saboteurs.
The video shows the Battle of Cable Street, when 5,000 Nazi collaborators tried to attack London’s East End and were routed by local Anti-Fascists. The video discusses how today’s BNP emulate the BUF, comparing an article called “Jew Control in Britain” (from a BUF newspaper called The Fascist) with the book “Who Are the Mind Benders” by the current BNP chairman Nick Griffin – both claim Jews control the media. The video then examines the “Skinheads in Suits” strategy, which BNP leaders adopted after even they realised the BNP haemorrhage votes when BNP activists come clean about admiring Adolf Hitler. The BNP were invited to deny they’re Anti-Semitic, but took the opportunity to insult the programme maker instead!
In another documentary which mentions the same BNP book, you can see BNP chairman Nick Griffin admitting in his own words that his book was written with a “very limited amount of research ability” (no kidding!)…
“Sections of the media NOT controlled by “the Jews” obviously include (amongst many others) Al-Jazeera, the media of entire Arab world, and the massive TV and publishing empires owned by Rupert Murdoch, Axel Springer, Kerry Packer, The Aga Khan, Conrad Black, William Randolph Hearst, and the Italian Fascist sympathiser (!) Silvio Berlusconi. However Nick Griffin’s research “proved” the BBC at least is controlled by Jews, by finding just 19 Jewish people in an organisation of several thousand employees!”
If you want to get the measure of what kind of man Nick Griffin really is, Nick Griffin also supported the discredited Holocaust denier David Irving, and was even seen on TV denying that the Nazi gas chambers ever existed…
